- Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
- Ritual parameters: Yajamana name, gotra, nakshatra, and sankalpa details (exclusively used during the puja recitation).
- Order history: Items purchased, invoice details, and courier tracking updates.
2. Confidentiality of Sacred Details
Sankalpa and gotra details are treated as holy confidences. They are shared solely with the assigned Shastri Acharya performing your ritual and are never used for marketing segmentation, commercial advertising, or third-party sharing.
3. Payment Security
All online transactions are encrypted via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not capture, record, or store debit card details, credit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI PINs.
