1. Storefront & Product Pricing
All prices listed on Matrachaya Aromas are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable goods and service taxes. We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, ingredients, and pack weights. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust catalog availability without prior notice.
2. Payment & Transactions
Payments on our platform are processed securely via certified payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store raw card credentials or CVV numbers on our servers. In the event of payment debits where order generation fails, funds are automatically reversed to the originating bank account within 3–5 working days.
3. Pandit Seva & Ritual Consultations
Pandit booking services scheduled through our platform are solemn Vedic rituals performed by verified practitioners. Devotees are requested to provide accurate sankalpa, gotra, and contact information to ensure correct astrological alignment and preparation of samagri.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, proprietary sacred blends, photographs, product descriptions, artwork, and textual content are the intellectual property of Matrachaya Aromas Private Limited. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial scraping is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
