Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Matrachaya Aromas, we hold the sanctity, quality, and purity of every puja offering to the highest spiritual and material standards.

1. Purity & Consecration Guarantee

Because all puja samagri, dhoop batti, camphor, and havan ingredients are sacred, consumable items consecrated under Vedic norms, products once unsealed or used cannot be returned for re-stocking to preserve spiritual purity.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We gladly provide a free replacement or complete refund if your order meets any of the following conditions within 48 hours of delivery:

  • The item arrived physically damaged or tampered during transit.
  • The wrong product or variant was delivered.
  • The item has manufacturing defects or packaging compromise.

3. How to Report a Return / Issue

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Take a clear photograph or unboxing video showing the damaged package/item and shipping label.
  2. Email us at [email protected] or contact our helpline at +91 98765 43210 with your Order Number.
  3. Our care team will review and approve the resolution within 24 hours.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your samagri order at any time before it has been dispatched from our sanctum dispatch facility. Once the package has been handed over to courier partners with an active tracking AWB, cancellations cannot be processed. For customized Pandit sevas, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurta.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once an approved refund is initiated, the amount is automatically credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, NetBanking via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network standards.
