1. Shipping Charges
We provide standard transparent shipping across India. Standard shipping rates apply based on total cart weight and destination at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply on eligible order thresholds as highlighted on our website banner.
2. Order Tracking
Once your shipment is handed over to our verified logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees), a real-time tracking number (AWB) is sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also monitor your dispatch progress directly from your Account dashboard.
3. Tamper-Proof & Eco-Conscious Packaging
Every shipment is packed in moisture-resistant, multi-layer tamper-evident boxes. Aromatic dhoop cups, camphor, and herbal blends are sealed in airtight pouches to retain natural prana, fragrance, and purity throughout transit.
